For a rule or factual issue, retain the first-party document URL, document title, publication date, applicable programme or examination session, and the exact section or page that supports the correction.
What not to include
A useful report normally does not require a student's name, phone number, email address, date of birth, roll number, application number, marksheet image, login credential, payment information, or identity document.
- Replace real identifiers with clearly labelled sample values.
- Crop screenshots to the affected interface and remove browser autofill suggestions.
- Never share passwords, one-time codes, or authority portal sessions.
